Family faces an unimaginable journey
When Chloe was one year old, she experienced a stroke and was rushed to Children's Wisconsin. To determine the origin of the blood clot that caused her stroke, doctors conducted an echocardiogram of Chloe's heart. That's when she was given a diagnosis: Chloe had restrictive cardiomyopathy, a rare form of heart disease. Chloe's identical twin sister Kendall was tested next, and soon the family was faced with an unimaginable situation. Watch the video for their full story.
