The Sugar Plum Luncheon® is Milwaukee’s premier holiday-themed event and auction. For 36 years, this holiday fundraising tradition has gathered hundreds in support of Children’s Wisconsin and the kids and families we serve.

In 2025, more than 200 event attendees helped us raise $230,815 — contributing to the more than $3.3 million this signature event has raised since it began.

Since 1993, Gather for Good has highlighted families in Northeast Wisconsin whose lives have been touched by Children’s Wisconsin. It’s a beautiful, themed evening filled with fun, great networking, an inspiring dinner program, and the opportunity to learn how Children’s Wisconsin is expanding on our long-standing commitment to bring care closer to home in the Northeast region.

Gather for Good has raised more than $2.3 million for Children’s Wisconsin over the past 30 years. In 2025 alone, over 230 attendees raised $180,425. Every dollar directly supports care for patients and families in Northeast Wisconsin.

This year marks the 8th annual Children’s Wisconsin Hollywood Movie Night presented by Marcus Theatres. The exclusive event gives kids and their families a “blue carpet” experience they’ll never forget! Marcus Theatres will premiere one of the most highly anticipated family-friendly movies of the season before its official release. The evening features movie-themed activities for all ages and delicious food and beverages. Since it began, this event has raised more than $600,000 for Children’s.
