#DWYD gives: Inspiring & helping others#DWYDgives helps children served by the Milwaukee Child Advocacy Center (MCAC), a division of Children's Wisconsin. An organization that is not in the forefront of community's attention due to many of the privacy barriers that keep donors from seeing who they are helping. MCAC is centered on bringing children and teens who are impacted by abuse and neglect to a safe place while investigating cases to help victims and their families. Over 4,000 children come through the doors of the Milwaukee Child Advocacy Center annually and they rely heavily on the charity and kindness of others. These donations go directly into helping a child and teen. Your donation could be used to purchase the more sought after item that may not have been donated through the annual toy and book drive, or maybe needs replenishment. Other uses would be for health care items such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, or basic necessities such as warm cloths, socks and underwear, or even school supplies.

  • The Wauwatosa Dr. Dwag location will be sponsoring a give back night on Tues., Dec. 14. Stop in between 5 - 8 p.m. and 10% of sales will go back to the #DWYDGives Fund.
