In need of a car wash? During the month of May, Club Car Wash team members will be asking customers if they would like to make a donation to Children’s Miracle Network which goes directly to Children’s Wisconsin.
Costco Campaign: May 1-31
Stop into your nearest Costco this month to stock up on your favorite bulk items and help us help kids by donating at the register. Last year, this month-long campaign raised over $385,000!
Parker John’s MOM-osas: May 10
For Mother’s Day, stop by any of Parker John’s 6 locations for the delicious BBQ, pizza, wings. While you’re there, treat moms (or moms treat yourselves!) to a delicious MOM-osa or Peach MOM-osa and enjoy knowing that 100% of the proceeds from these purchases will be donated to Children’s Wisconsin!
Ry Guy’s Fries & Mouse Ears - Food Trucks & Festivals Giveback: May 29 & 30
Find Grateful Family giveback friends, Ry Guy's & Mouse Ears food trucks, at Picnic in the Park on Friday then Saturday at Dairyfest 2026 in Marshfield. Enjoy hand-cut french fries, cheese curds, wings and delicious cinnamon “mouse ears” (think tiny donuts), knowing that a portion of their proceeds from this and another six months worth of festival events will come back to benefit Children’s!

Based out of Hortonville, but he will travel for the right job.

Get an MVP Carwash every Tuesday for just $14 ($25 value) at Club Car Wash. For every carwash sold, $1 will be given back to Children’s. Enjoy a clean car and help the kids and families of Wisconsin. Five new Club Car Wash locations have been added within the last year!

Donate a vehicle to help kids
Have an unwanted car, truck, boat, motorcycle, SUV or other vehicle? Our partner, Charitable Adult Rides and Services (CARS), will accept your vehicle! This free, completely turnkey service allows for Children's to receive a sizeable donation for each vehicle donated. Visit the CARS website to learn more and get started.

Extra Life is a year-round program that raises funds and awareness for Children's through the love of gaming. Whether you play board games, card games or video games, you can sign up for Extra Life and join a passionate community of gamers for good.

GameStop is continuing to stand firm with children's health and asking you to round up your change to support Children's Wisconsin.
WaterStone Bank checking accounts for kids
Every time a child opens a Blue's Jr. Bankers Kids Club savings account, WaterStone Bank will make a $10 donation to Children's.

When you choose Doering&Co. Real Estate, they'll donate a percentage of the commission from every sale to Children's. Agents service Milwaukee, Racine, Waukesha and more. Since 2019, Doering & Co. has donated nearly $4,000 to Children’s Wisconsin as well as volunteered their time to support signature fundraising events hosted at our Milwaukee hospital.
