Around the 20th week of pregnancy, Caitlin and Evan learned that their baby's heart wasn't forming the way that it should. They met with specialists in the Herma Heart Institute at Children’s Wisconsin and Tommy was diagnosed with transposition of the great arteries (TGA) — a heart defect where the arteries are connected to the heart abnormally. Dylan's Story

Jadyn’s Story
